Our 5,000 lb Scale Kit is an excellent choice for your Cake Feeder, Grain Cart, Feed Wagon, etc.. The kit consists of 4- 2,500lb Single-Ended Shear Beam Load Cells. This means that each corner of your feeder can withstand up to 2,500 lbs of bouncing as you drive through the pasture. Also, the Junction Box and an Indicator are included. This is a 12-volt motor that is 1/2 HP and draws a max of 32 amps. It requires a minimum of 8 ga. wire to power it from solenoid which comes with purchase. Also, included is a 2-inch V-belt pulley. If you are mounting this to a Stull Feeder purchased before 2015, please specify so we can send a new mounting bracket as well. 

Top Rail Mounting Kit ONLY

This switch assembly is ready to attach to your solenoid and get you back to feeding. It is a 10' cord with a switch box on one end and a push button momentary switch for on/off control. On the other end are connectors to hook directly on the solenoid.

The 12V 85A Continuous-Duty SPST Series Grounded Solenoid Relay is designed with plated steel housing, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) circuitry, and normally open contacts. This model features a flat bracket.

The grounded, three-stud solenoid relay has a 12 V coil and a coil impedance of 17.5 ohms. In addition, this model has a 125 A make/break rating.

This actuator has a mounting bracket for the NEW style feeders. It bolts directly in the holes where the Eye bolts are located, and the rope goes through to operate the chute up and down. You will have to drill 2 holes in the chute where the bottom of the actuator bracket holes are located. It comes with a 10' switch cord that will allow you to control the actuator and motor on the same control box. 

It is not recommended to mount this to an older style feeder for alignment issue reasons!

This chain drive assembly is a great idea for feeding larger cubes. It will eliminate slippage if any occurs with the belt drive.
