Best of both worlds using I Beam truss's and wood purlin and girts make these a ideal shop or house with extra ceiling height for lofts or extra storage.  We use a straight I beam construction so you have a straight wall on the inside of the building vs. the competition that uses a tapered angle iron column that takes up more of your sidewall clearance.

These frames are engineered on 12' centers and use 2x6's on the roof and either 2x4's or 2x6' on the sidewalls 2' oc, the clips have holes pre drilled to screw the wood to.
